Op alle werkzaamheden zijn de Fenex-condities van toepassing, alsmede de TLN betalingscondities. In juridische zaken is de Rechtbank te Rotterdam de enige met jurisdictie. Nederlands recht is van toepassing.

All our services will be governed by the FENEX-conditions, however the Court of Rotterdam will have the sole jurisdiction. Dutch law will be applicable as well as the TLN Payment conditions.

Für unsere Dienstleistungen gelten die FENEX-Bedingungen, sowie die TLN Zahlungsbedingungen. Niederländisches Recht ist anwendbar. Der Gerichtsstand bei etwaigen Rechtsstreitigkeiten liegt ausschließlich in den Niederlanden (Gericht Rotterdam).
